Everything You Need To Know About Getting Psychiatry Treatment & Services In Massachusetts
Mr. Garrett is available to see patients Monday-Wednesday by appointment only. To request a consultation, please do so through our hipaa secure link on this website. You may also call 770-727-2699. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response. If your need is urgent due to safety/crisis issues, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Department for assistance.
Mr. Garrett does not have any contractual arrangements with insurance companies. The process of billing insurance companies is arduous and time intensive. It requires providers to hire professional medical billers to handle all the paperwork. By not accepting these third-party payers, it allows us to keep our rates low. If there is no insurance trail, our sessions are completely private and are at your discretion to disclose. If your insurance company will reimburse for telemedicine visits, we can supply you with a superbill you can present to your insurance company.
Mr. Garrett does not accept Medicare or Medicaid. Medicare eligible patients who wish to see Mr. Garrett cannot request reimbursement from Medicare or their supplemental insurance. Medicare requires that patients who see Mr. Garrett sign a private contract stating they understand and agree to this.
Payment in full is required for services at the time of appointment. Cash, credit cards, debit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) cards, and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards are all accepted. Checks are not accepted. A telepsychiatry Initial Comprehensive Evaluation with Mr. Garrett is $250 and follow-up Medication Management and Psychotherapy is $125.
